Youth Director Nicole Russell

As Youth Director, I work with teens in the 6th through 12th grade. I love seeing kids and youth grow in their relationship with Christ and learn how God created them with individual gifts and talents. My passion is centered around empowering individuals to be all that God created them to be, as well as how that can impact the larger community. I enjoy reading, playing the piano, spending time outdoors (except for the bug-factor) and spending time with my husband.

I completed my undergraduate education at Gordon College with a degree in Social Work and then started a job working with children and their families that were dealing with various behavioral and mental health issues in the school and home environments. Through this experience, I have enjoyed working with children, their parents and school staff to find ways to make both environments more successful. I will be continuing this job part-time, while serving as Youth Director here at New Vision Fellowship.
